Hi everyone! As of today, I have embarked on a quest to make a more conscious effort to eat more healthily, exercise more often, and lead a less sedentary lifestyle so that I may be able to lose 20 lbs before summer starts!

  • Small bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with fat-free milk


Lunch
  • Garlic-sauteed spinach
  • Pocket pita with hummus
  • Small salad (lettuce, peppers, & olives) with vinegar
  • A few pieces of pineapple
  • Water with lemon
  • One palm-sized serving of lemon-roasted chicken
  • Edamame


Dinner
  • Pasta with homemade vegan marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese
  • Water


Snacks
