Joana is believed to hail from Lavistad, the Tri-Planitary republic, her arrival on Earth is in the year 2040, following the death of President Lance in the United States. She Is often found around the Las Angeles ruins, and various places in the south west.
She's slender and slightly tall at 5'7" She never registered as a refugee, and integrated into the U.S. As a sixteen year old female, was not often seen, and with the help of her gift, she has kept a very low profile.
