-He's a rather short and stout gentleman and always has his wits about him (despite how drunk or sober he is).
-Wheeler may be balding, but what hair he does have is short and black.
-He also has very dark eyes, which are usually a bit blood shot.
-Beneath his bulbas nose, he has a thick mustache that is a snow white in color.

-He has short bright, firetruck red hair and lots of freckles on his upper cheeks.
-He has bright hazel eyes and dark rings around his eye sockets from his severe case of sleep insomnia.
