It's been a huge peeve of mine that I haven't found a perfect match of Roderich's voice. However I think I have found a somewhat near match.

Of course the man who was talking throughout most of the video has a voice that's a bit too deep for Roderich's, but his accent is a wonderful example of a more refined Austrian accent.

It's extremely difficult to locate a precise accent, most people just want to imitate Arnold and technically not every single Austrian sounds like him. I'll continue searching, but I'm not sure if I'll find anything as good as that one and even that one isn't as close as I would want it to be.
