Now, let's turn our attention, for the tiniest amount of time, to Bluebeard. When the brick-like fog rolled in to cover his ship and then dissipated less than an hour later, with the other ship nowhere to be seen, it infuriated him. Damn that Sparrow wench! What in Hell was she planning?!
Bluebeard was so riled that he descended to the brig with his own daughter, a little blonde girl of the same age as his captive, but with a cruel glint in her greenish brown eyes. He stood sneering while the little monster did as she wished to the captive. Only when the other girl had lost consciousness did he halt his child's dreadful antics.
"All right, Cora," he chuckled fondly, "That's quite enough for now. Ya've made me proud, darlin'. Go play with nanny."
The blonde she-demon giggled, a high-pitched sound painful to any ears that weren't attuned to it by love, and flew to the upper decks. Bluebeard grabbed a fistful of green curls and yanked his prisoner's head so her face was angled toward his. She groaned softly, and her eyelids fluttered weakly. "Not such a tough li'l vamp now, are ya?" the vicious merchant captain jeered. "That's right, ya li'l chit, I know what you are. And I also know your mum's never coming to get you. She's forgotten all about you, and she's going to help me escape from Davy Jones himself. And ya know what else?" He leaned closer. "As soon as she's sailed away in that stupidly named ship, I'm going to sail the other way and feed ya to the sharks that follow my ship around. How'd ya like that?"
He tugged her hair once more and swaggered back abovedecks, laughing like a loon. Even unconscious, Jennifer Sparrow felt the unbearable pain of being forgotten, and salty tears ran down her face, making streaks in the dirt and blood that covered her.

So, there's another short chapter. To be honest, that was originally part of the previous chapter, but I thought Bluebeard deserved a chapter to himself to be the deplorable b*****d he is. Comments please! I won't put the next chapter up until someone comments!
