Well, got home a bit ago from another bike ride. Went up to the Walmart at Baseline and Lindsey so that I could put in for a job in person. Hoping that maybe by actually [i]going[/i] there that I might have a better shot at it.
After that it was about 11:20, so I headed over to Wendy's and got some lunch, which I ate as I filled out an application for there are well. Cool thing is that my friend from high school, Lydia, was there and I was able to give the application to her. She said that the hiring manager was there and she would give it to him straight away. She said "her" hiring manager, so who knows... maybe she is manager and can help me? T'would be nice. Anyway, rode home after lunch, she told me to give it a couple days and call, seeing if I can get an interview. I don't like doing that, I feel pushy, but I suppose that it is assertiveness. lol.
Rode home and saw about... idk, maybe 10 or so helos going toward my house. Called mom and she didn't know anything. Who knows?
This part of the day felt like it was better than this morning when I was letting mom out and the car wouldn't start. The battery was all but dead.
Anyhow, I digress. Good lunch, not sure what else is going on the rest of the day... may work on my bike a bit, tires need some air and tighten down my rack on the back just in case. I'm worried that the vibrations might take it off... again.
