Togoro The Damned
After his capture, Togoro was sentence to live in a cave with his arms restrained, for his crimes against humanity. Spending what seemed liked a millennium, Togoro was able to control his energy with out physical touch, and was able to escape, but his arms still sealed away forever seeing as the ones that sealed them had passed away many many years beforehand. He is followed around by a demonic deity that he was able to bring into the world of the living and a gimpi, which is a physical concentration on his evil, despite is appearance.
