So last night, despite the time, I managed to stay awake to watch 2 more episodes of BRS. My thoughts? Well, just as I predicted, there is crying and yelling in every episode, and the 3rd had drama worthy of a near season finale, so there's that. Kagari has calmed down? That was faster than I expected. Perhaps this is not the end of her antics, however.
Meanwhile, the Otherworld is looking incredible with no end of fast paced battles. Black Rock Shooter herself seems to be indestructable, Otherworld Kagari got beheaded and now Black Gold Saw is in the picture.
Also what on earth is with the guidance counselor? Things are getting super weird. I have a feeling she is Black Gold Saw, but other than that, what's going on? Does she know of the Otherworld, or have a greater connection to it?
Meanwhile, as far as shoujo-ai goes, this anime has all the hints. God dammit, there are too many girls everywhere. Can't there just be one guy? (or two)
Yomi has a very obvious crush on Mato, but since Mato is quite innocent, it seems like she might be one of those "don't realize they're in love" characters.
In any case, still loving the anime, so I'll keep you posted! whee
