Sometimes I lay in bed at night..
and just think about everything in my life. I think about everything— the past, the present, and the future. Sometimes, a memory pops up in my mind, and it just makes me smile or sad. I think about what will happen later in life and the people around. Sometimes, the thoughts prevent me from sleeping, but sometimes, it helps me sleep better
