Today I am sick with a dastardly cold. I am suffering a blocked/runny nose, dull headaches, a dry/dehydrated throat and a lack of appetite. Because of this, I am having the day off school, meaning I haven't been in six days. I'm going to be so behind in my maths class its not even funny. Anyway, I only got sick yesterday morning. So why did I have all those other days off from school then? Simply because I went on a school trip for the Top Science and History Classes. It was really fun, and I'm glad I wasn't sick for it. We went to the IMAX Theatre, amd watched Batman! I love my SuperHeroes (just check out my Avengers journal entry!). We alsom went on a ferry through Sydney Harbour, visited the Observatory and heaps of interesting museums (such as the Jewish and the Maritime Archaeologist) and departments (such as the Police and Justice) and even Maquarie University where we identified and analysed dead bodies! I like Pyroclasstic Surges! 4laugh
Anyway, I'm going to stop sounding like a nerdy genius (I am am a nerd, but not a genius). Pretty much, the trip was super duper fun. I am not looking forward to going back to school, however, because I have missed so much and I absolutely hate being behind Dx
Enough of my complaints though-- I finally worked out how to change my journal settings so I don't automatically write in yellow all the time! Yahooooo! I can now write in stylish, sophisticated and readable navy! Success! I also slightly altered numerous other settings that don't really matter, but am happy none the less. But now I am questioning the practicality of even my new mature navy. Should I just make the title navy and set the writing to boring old black? My reasoning for this is that I often create, edit and bullet-proof my character layouts for roleplays in my journal and I often find the colours annoying to manage when they're yellow in my journal (now navy) and black in the forums. Soooooo.... what should I do? I'm under no pressure to chamge anything immediately, as I now know how to change the auto text colour at will and probably won't be doing any character layout/formatting anytime soon. But still, I want to know the opinion of my non-existant audience.
Oh yes, I am also considering changing my username, although thats a completely different matter. My current username is Possom4444. After all, I didn't even spell 'possum' right. But give me a break, I was little when I made this account. Although I'm not entirely sure how to change my username yet, I find this fact a little irrelevant, as I'm not sure I even want to change it yet. But if I did I want something cool. I think I may want it to include this: l USERNAME l I don't know, I just like having those two lower-case L's at the beginning and end of my username. But what to put between them? I was thinking l ChubbyCheeks l But I think that might be a little immature and isn't really my style. So I've been prowling round forums and places looking for username to steal/take inspiration from. Any suggestions, non-existant audience?
Well, I'm going to go now. WAIT! One more question. Youtube, GaiaOnline Aquarium, livestreams (such as JoinMe) and certain aspects of Pottermore (as well as numerous other unknown things) don't work on my laptop. Is it something to do with my computer not being fully updated? Or the flash? Or something else that I, although quite nerdy, as a computer numb-skull has no idea about? I really want/need to access these features, so if my non-existant audience could help me out that would be beyond great.
Now lets see how this new journal formatting and colour scheming turns out.
