A beautiful woman of Asian origin who was encountered in the police department basement parking lot. Her true nature was as a female spy belonging to the rival company of Umbrella, who sneaked into Umbrella from a previous incident and was continuing espionage.

Before the incident, she acquired information on the G-Virus from the chief researcher of the Arklay Laboratory, receiving a G-Virus sample recovery order and searching Raccoon City where Zombies wander.

To get clues of G, she searched for Ben Bertolucci, who was investigating the incident before the biohazard outbreak.

After Ben's death, she chased after William Birkin who had transformed into a monster, but his wife Annette's surprise attack put her in danger, and the thought of Leon who protected her resulted in a change to her state of mind.
