Crown Ceremony

The white light from the stars shined down through the beautiful blue crystals walls making them sparkling like diamonds. The doors glittered gently and they looked on quietly toward the formal bed. The bed had a formal frame around it, bearing the same color as the crystals on the doors and walls. The silk sheets were white and there was a hill, shaping like a person laying under it. The sheets covered the figure up to the head. The very long snow white hair spread all over the white pillows, also made of silk. There was a blue crystal nightstand table next to the right side of the bed. A little bit further away was the door frame that led to the bathroom, big enough to fit for the King.

A knock sounded on the door, once, twice, then third time. The figure in the bed stirred slightly, his legs moved under the sheet. A lovely female voice rang out through the crystal door.

"Your Highness, it is time to awake."

The figure started to stir some more. The door opened, revealing a beautiful woman in flowing dress of gold and a little bit of green here and there. Her long flowing gold hair was half tied up in flowery design. Her beautiful sparkling gold eyes looked across the bedchambers and lay on the figure in the bed. She walked around the right side of the bed and looked down at the figure.

"Your highness?" she said softly.

The figure pushed the silk sheets down from his face. He opened his silver eyes which was sparkling like a star and looked up at the woman.

"It is time to get up, Prince Kirin," she said softly.

The man pushed the sheets off him and sat up, rubbing the sleep out of his face. He turned to the right side of the bed and got up.

"Thank you, Soran," the Crown Prince replied in a deep elegant voice, rough with sleep. He was taller than the female who happened to be his personal servant. But then again, the Crown Prince tend to be taller than all of the men in the Kingdom. It was expected of the Heirs to the Throne of Filor to be taller than the rest of the males. They were called the Protectors to their people. The biggest they were, the easier to protect them.

The Crown Prince yawned and turned toward the elegant bathroom, his servant quietly followed behind him.

About a couple of hours later, the bathroom's blue sparkling crystal doors open, revealing the Crown Prince. He was in a very elegant long flowing of white, gold, and silver clothing. His flowing robe had the entire white, with beautiful flowery design mixed of gold and silver colors spreading out as if the vines were wrapping around the clothing. They were sparkling like jewelry. His long flowing silver hair was half tied up in a bun. The hair pin was slightly big, covering the bun with a flowery design in glittery silver jewelry. The hair pin spread out like the vines around the head toward the forehead. The forehead had a star shaped and a crescent moon at the center, representing the powers of the Prince's elements. The rest of the silver hair flowed freely down his back toward his thighs. The Prince strode toward the crystal door, the female servant followed close behind. He opened the door and stepped out into the long crystal hallway. There were two figures standing nearby. A male and a female.

The male dressed in formal but yet casual clothing of black color. He had a sword on his hip, the handle of his sword was emerald. The man's hair was shoulder length and had the color of forest. His eyes had the same color as well. The female was shorter than the male. She wore black clothes with the tight pants that wrapped her buttocks and legs comfortably and flexible. She also had a sword on her hip, but the handle was red. She had long straight red hair and red eyes. They both were beautiful but then so were the Crown Prince and his personal servant. They were part of a beautiful race. Beauty was in their nature. The couple were the Crown Prince's bodyguards and had been ever since he was born.

No words were exchanged as it was no need. The Prince strode past the guards and strode toward the hallway that led him to the blue crystal grand staircase. The bodyguards followed closely behind as quiet as a shadow. His servant also followed. When the Prince reached at the grand staircase, he strode upstairs toward the top floor, his guards followed. His servant did not follow. She turned downstairs that led her to the kitchen, her service no longer needed.

The Prince arrived at the landing and he looked at the great doors that was very tall and huge. There were two large lion statues, as big as the doors themselves. They were all glittered with blue crystals, gently and beautiful. He strode toward the grand doors but a voice stopped him.

"Greetings, Your Highness," one of the lion statues boomed in a deep voice. "The King is expecting you."

One of the giant lions looked intimidating. The Prince looked up at the Guardian of the Throne calmly. Then the grand doors opened, revealing the Throne Room.

The Throne Room was a large space, like a ballroom. The whole walls were made of blue crystals and were sparkling beautiful that reflected off the stars pulsing softly above. There were only two furniture further up ahead against the wall. They were the beautiful chairs, one bigger than another. The big chair was made of the same crystals as the whole Kingdom. It had many flowery patterns all over with the vines spreading out on its surface. Red, blue, yellow, green, white and black were in these patterns. They all represented the elements within the Kingdom: Fire, water, wind, earth, light, and darkness.

The Crown Prince noticed the Thrones were empty and wondered where his parents were. He then heard the footsteps coming from his left. He turned his head toward the sound and saw a figure approaching. The figure was blonde and was dressed in a long flowing dress of gold-yellow colors. The flowery designs were running in the same patterns as the Crown Prince's clothes. His sharply yellow eyes pierced Prince Kirin where he stood. Kirin looked back at his father calmly.

"How was your sleep, son?" King Aslan finally spoke, his deep rambling voice echoed the Throne Room's walls. Prince Kirin nodded once.

"I slept fine," he replied softly. "Thank you for asking, Father."

He nodded and then looked at the thrones and then back to his son. "Are you ready for it, son?" he asked the prince.

The Prince stared at the bigger throne and then turned to his father.

"Yes," he replied softly in a serious tone.

The King clapped his hands and suddenly the noise echoed off the crystal walls as people started to appear. The Prince could see his mother and older brother among them.

The Queen dressed in her long flowing white dress as if she was dressing for a wedding. Her flowing long white hair hung freely around her shoulders and back. She looked at her son with love in her silver eyes. The Prince and the Queen looked so much alike. Oftentimes, the Prince looked at his mirror and his mother looked back. Three main differences between mother and son were their height, gender, and personality. The son was almost 7 ft. tall, as tall as his father. The Mother was barely five ft. tall. The son's personality was serious and cold while his mother's personality was a little bit playful and very friendly.

The prince who happened to be the Crown Prince's older brother had blue hair that hung loosely around his shoulders. His blue eyes watched his brother with affection. He dressed in elegant blue with a bit of white in them. He had a sword on his hip with the blue handle. He was considered the clown in the family since he liked to goof off all the times. He also liked to flirt with women, especially married women. He did it mainly to piss the men off. He thought it was funny but his family didn't share his humor. But when it came to the very important like training the children how to fight and how to be a good warrior, he got serious. But that was the only thing he was very serious about. He acted very goof with anything else. He was anything that a prince shouldn't be. He was unsuitable for the throne. Luckily he had no interest in the throne. He avoided the Throne Room as often as he could but he would come in on special occasions. This was a very special occasion.

The Crown Prince nodded at his older brother and then turned his attention back to his father who walked toward the Throne. The blonde king touched the throne and it started to glow softly in white. Then he started to speak in a loud voice.

O Sacred Star of Filor,
I, King Aslan, currently ruler of the Kingdom of Filor
Wish to be released from your service.
Please accept the next King in line

The King turned toward Prince Kirin and gestured him forward. The Prince stepped forward, the whole Throne Room had gone very still. He stood beside his father. The King continued.

Crown Prince Kirin Milan of Filor wishes to take my place as the new Ruler of the Kingdom of Filor.
Please accept him as the new King of Filor.

The King stepped aside and back away. The Prince stared at the glowing throne and took a deep breath.

O Sacred Star of Filor,
Unite my heart and soul with yours,
Together we will protect!

The Prince's bluish crystal necklace started to glow after he said this. The Throne and the necklace started to glow together and they pulsed rhyming. The Prince knew what to do since he and the King had been rehearsed a few times before. He stepped up toward the Throne and then he turned to face the audience at large. There were so many people looking back at him, all eager and waiting. He could see his family in the front of the crowd. His father joined his mother by her side. He smiled proudly at his son. The Prince sat down on the Throne.

Everything happened at once. The Kingdom suddenly came to life, the crystals shuddering and groaning. Every crystal wall glowed in white color to match its new King. The newly King could sense every person in the whole Kingdom. His heart and soul were now deeply twined with the Kingdom's heart and soul.

King Kirin opened his eyes and looked at the crowd. Then he stood up and the crowd knelt down out of respect. His family knelt down as well. Then the former King came up to his son. They embraced.

The former King and his wife, former Queen, left the Kingdom shortly after. They left everything for their son, King Kirin, to take care of. His older brother, Asakura, stayed behind with the King. The King ruled the Kingdom pretty much the same way his father ruled and the former Kings before him: fair and just.

Devoted Servant to my master, Fiercely Loyal to my clan. Deeply Faithful to them all.
