Around now is when I'd usually transfer my wishlist... and make an updated post with my avatars from the previous year. I'll consider editing this entry (at a later time) to include avatars.
Until then,
I started using Gaia's actual wishlist feature again last year. I realized that all I was doing was waiting for prices to drop (versus actively questing items at the peak of their mp value). I still quested all year, but the order I bought items was based on when they got re-released, not based on the order in my journal.
Also, my avatars aren't listed by year... but I've been keeping them in a gallery thread. I made more avatars than that this year XD but any avatar I'd put here is already up in that thread.

Most of the journals will log the big updates and feelings of the times. I plan to look back on these in the future. Some large change affecting our lives now usually often turns into something we rarely think about.
