It's been quite the while. I have been working a lot and have just been doing lots of activities. I almost relapsed today, the temptation is as strong as ever.
On a side note, man these 12 hour shifts burn like hell. I am on them with a new co worker so I got that going for me. He brings in a s**t ton of food but I am already so fat, just kidding, I am just dieting so it's really not helping.
I am glad that I have been doing relatively well and have set some bigger goals for myself!
