i feel like entering some of the poems i have written. comment about them and give me criticism. thank you
WITHIN THE GIRL
Brown eyes, tan skin, and Dark hair,
Just an outside frame. But within, there
are emotions. Love, anger, sadness, and
Happiness. She acts a bit crazy, stubborn,
and is strong-minded. She feels like an outsider
at times. Wants to feel part of it, and
make it be better. She gives off a mother
feelin, especially around her little brother.
Respects her parents, even though she sometimes
feels like going againist their wishes. Has hopes and
dreams with failures and bitter disappointments.
is proud to be her nationality, a Hispanic.
Who is this girl? You see her in the hallways with
her binder and books. Sometimes hangs out
with friends, at other times, alone. Still have no clue?
Then i will tell you... that girl is me!!!

And now i'm glad i did
you changed my world
Maybe into a better place
i wonder how i lived w/o you
'cause i feel now that you are
part of my world, and
my world has an earthquake
if you aren't there part of it
i wish i could tell you how i feel
But i've never showed my true
feelings of love before
So give me time if i become distant
or even if i push you away
Stay close by and try to reach for me
