No cigarettes for 2 weeks! Most of the insanity has dissipated. I feel like I'm over a large psychological hurdle, though I still have moments during the day when I kind of panic knowing I can't have one. Still coughing a lot. Feel like I have an upper respiratory infection. Gross.
Bought a bunch of new clothes at Goodwill yesterday. Now I just have to get rid of some of the old ones I never wear. Wardrobe evolution -- GO!
