At ARC, there exists a large message/bulletin, at the centre of which is an e-tablet where patients can write whatever they wish.

Dr. Dimarco and Dr. Senn encourage the use of the message boards, as it is a way to, firstly, spread Elite propaganda and aid the rehabilitation of the patients, and secondly, they are a way for the patients to express themselves. This allows the doctors to analyze and better understand the minds of the patients, to which they can adapt their rehabilitation techniques to each unique mind and personality.

However, the patients have been using it to communicate secret messages and such. The doctors are unaware of this for now, but a suspicious Isaac has begun decoding the messages. Though stumped by some, he has a general idea of what may be to come. He remains silent though, as there is little proof of his claims.
