Sly Foxes Trot
I may not be a dancer.
But, I can always tell when someone is an enchanter.
Gliding across the dance floor.
They are such an amazing couple to adore.
Identical smirks.
Not so hilarious quirks.
Bushy tails that intertwine.
They are far from what you call "divine."
Claws that dig into each other's dorsal sides of their hands.
Icy slits they call eyes freeze whoever they choose.
Cheating and hacking away at the competition with their borderline erotic moves.
Between the two,
they work and agree that they cannot lose.
With their snide remarks,
one would think their moves are as lethal as their barks.
Smiles that shine in the light.
Any human would be a fool to deny their inability to fight.
As the music plays along with their spells,
that is the day designated for unfortunate souls to be taken away.
After all, no fox is just ordinary.
Many stories and lore have foretold: Foxes are evil, so be wary.
