This pain that I feel
it is the maker of masks
Masks born of fear
Masks born of joy
To cover a mere being
that without, cannot feel
for without one, the others are not
My life is a day, a very long day....
Though I missed the sun rise
have I bathed in the light...
one day, eyes will rest
under the mask
before the sunset.
