Alright, we're tying up the last of the loose ends regarding the Supers universe from almost 6 years ago.
The plot wasn't great. I focused heavily on the identity aspect as well as the 'opposites attract' trope, to the point where it wasn't adding to the story. But regardless, here we go.
Tahki and Cerin, partners-in-(literal)-crime, and students at a prestigious school for rich people, grow suspicious of the Villains' leader's true intentions when they are dispatched on a series of really weird missions. They continue to fight their two opponents - a Hero that wields light and another that wields fire - while devising a plan to (a) figure out what Pyralis is up to and (b) stop it.
Eventually, they come to realise that their opponents are also their respective S/Os-slash-LIs (...shocker...). The four of them team up to confront Pyralis himself, who reveals that the Heroes are actually the shady ones, and are planning something nefarious. Hakan/Kalare question their whole existence being Heroes, and yeah. Something happens. I don't remember.
Random details I remember include the Villains' base being in an inactive Volcano and not very high tech, whereas the Heroes' base is underground/inside a mountain and is SUPER high tech, like every superhero/sci-fi movie trope together kind of high tech.
There's also the whole arc where Hakan has a crush on Annette, and Tahki is just awkward. And Cerin trying to woooo Kalare. Typical teenage drama type plotlines. I think the morality stuff is more interesting.
Yeah okay, that's about it.
