So time for me to say.....
I have had it, I need a break. My nerves are shot, my brain is dead, and all I feel like doing right now is sleeping. I am highly, overly is more like it, depressed, and I need to bring myself out of this rut I am in. How can I possibly be the Head High Elder of a guild of Gaians who work to help others with their problems, with all these problems of my own. So here I am, taking a month, from July 3rd till August 7th. I will not be going near the computer for any reason unless it's of utmost importance. All email will be ignored and I will get back to me. I plan on finishing some books I set aside and promised myself I would read through the winter. The kids and I are going to go on many day trips to museums and the park and such, just because we can. I am going to start meditating more so again. Fiercely, because my mental wellbeing is at stake as well as my emotional and physical. I just can't take anything anymore, and truly must find myself. Find out who I am, not only as a wife and mother but as a woman, an enity unto myself. I need to get back to who I once was and be strong again. Resourceful, full of life and hope and happiness.
I plan on taking this time to get a better relationship with my husband and my dog, who is part of this family and needs me, just as my children do. I plan on at night, taking him for walks, spending alone time with him, while the rest of the house is quiet. I plan on loving my husband with all my heart, and showing him in every way I know how, and perhaps, by August 2nd our marriage Anniversary, we can find a way to connect in a stronger way that we have over the past five years.
I will miss you all, but I need this, just like I need to breath. Keep your thoughts with me, as I will think of you during this time, and hope for a journal entry letting you know the enlightenment of my break, my time away from the world I have called a home away from home for nearly a year now.
