Okay, word's been going around in the Towns that the 4th of July Ball, in which the invite was sent by kmaster17, was moved from 001296, 8 Barton to 001400, 5 Barton. Same time, same dress code rules apply.

Here're a few reasons why I believe that whole rumour that's being spreaded around about the party location being changed is buuuullshit:

~ Anyone with 2k gold can change a sign for the hell of it.
Q: "Why would someone waste 2k gold on something so stupid? Just to confuse people?"
A: Well, um, yeah. Seen the Avatar Arena lately? Some people spent less on clothes than they did on the Goddamn 1k gold entry into the Arena.
~ A few days ago, three Gaians, including myself, were attempting to convince a newer member of Gaia that if he had nothing formal to wear to the ball, the formal Starter Clothes were a good option to take, if any other clothes choice was a dead end. He was angered by this, and ran around yelling in all caps, "I WILL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO PARTY TO ATTEND!"
Q: "What the hell does this have to do with anything?"
A: Like I said. Anyone with 2k can do anything. And I'm no scientist, someone swearing that he would ruin the party, and then, this happening? Don't sound like a coincidence to me.
~ Why now? Why now that the invitation has gone out to 400+ people, two houses in 001296, 8 Barton are decorated finely for the ball, and we've prepared our outfits and our meeting plans, and have gotten our hopes up to partying with our current residents in said zip code, does the location friggin' change?
Q: "It may not have been a purposely done act! Maybe she did change it! Maybe it wasn't planned or plotted, but it had to come up, for some reason?"
A: Like I said. These are my views. Not yours. These points may not be true, logical, what have you. I may be wrong, and the party maybe did get relocated. But as of right now, I have no proof that it was so, except 20 people in the Towns preaching what they heard from a friend who may be unsure of said information, and from what they read on a sign that any fool on Gaia could change.
