I really haven't had a chance to swing my bokuto recently....I've been pretty busy.....I think musashi would be disapointed a bit.....that makes me a little depressed but....I mean I think he may understand.....
and besides when I swing my bokuto....I usually do no less than 300 swings......so It's a pretty good workout......and I do it every day or atleast try to.....
