Hello again my lovelies. Quite recently I've headed into the rapids of life which had lead me down a troubled stream into an ocean of sadness. I fell deeply for a Gian boy who stole my heart but now has dropped off of the face of the earth leaving me deeply saddened. Also for this night I am having to wear a 24h ECG monitor as its been said my heart has a strange rhythm to it. I am hoping its nothing serious and something that doesn't need any treatment. Through this hard period I have used my many crystals to help to ease heartache and to help de-stress . I have also taken to ritual style baths to help draw out any negative/toxic energy's and am burning incense as I meditate to try to calm the mind. Better days will come again but for now I'm riding the waves of a storm into the paradise of calm once more.
