Howdy I'm Malon... the ranch girl. I work at Lon Lon Ranch, located at the center of Hyrule Field. If you ever have any Cucco problems, or any other ranch animal problems, dont be afraid to contact me! When I was young my mother died. All that is left of her is a song she wrote, entitled "Empona's Song". It seems like that soung is the soul of the ranch, and you can almost always find me singing or humming it.

At one point in time Mr. Ingo drove out my father. After Link fixed the mess my father came back. When Ganondorf was defeated time warpped back seven years. This gave me a chance to live my life without Ingo controlling it. My father decided that when he retired I had to be able to protect the ranch, so he sent me to Romania Ranch, located in the land of Termia, right off of Milk Road. There I learned how to use the bow and arrow. Then I returned back to my ranch.

We lived happily together until he retired. He decided to move to Kariko Village. This left me in charge. The only problem was that I wasn't fitted to run the ranch alone. Then, one by one, as if by fate people started to come to the ranch. One person by the name of ParaYoshi. He took over the ranch. From time to time the ownership changes among the other workers/members of the ranch. Right now it is owned by Metal Bowser.
