They say "The comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing grows there". As true as it is, it's entirely different for each person and there can be a lot factors determining for them whether to leave or to stay. Ideally it is always best to go beyond our comfort zone and take on challenges, which are essential for growth. However not a lot of people have the means to do so. Which is why for these people, staying within their comfort zone is the best thing, and that's perfectly okay! Going outside the comfort zone is not for everyone and they shouldn't be judged for staying there. Others are happy and contented to be staying within their walls, others seek thrill and are determined to grow. It is not our place to dictate people whether they chose to stay or leave. What we always can chose is what's best for ourselves. There is courage in leaving but there should be no shame in staying, whatever you decide always choose the ones where your mind and heart is in the right place.
