My B-day is tomorrow and the day after that my family is going to Disneyland and then Universal Studios.I'm going to be 14 tomorrow and my family and I are going to be going to the movies to see POTC2.The friends I'm inviting are my friend Amanda and my friend Jenna (if she is back from Texas).I can't wait,I want to know if I got a gamecube and Pokemon Emerald.I got my $30 that my brother borrowed back plus $85 dollars that I've earned added to what I had before that plus the money in my account gives me more than $260 to spend in Disneyland.I'm planning on buying Jenna something that plays It's A Small World just to annoy her.(Shhh!Don't tell her!)When we get to Disneyland my brother is going to make me ride Tower of Terror.I hate rides that suggest anything scary about them though.According to him there is this teenage initiation thing (I don't believe him,but I'm playing along) where you have to do a bunch of stuff and I need to do is go on a ride I swore I would never go on.I can't wait to ride the POTC ride.I want to see what changes they've made to the ride.I've read about some in Disney Adventures and it sounds like the ride should be good.My cake for tomorrow is really cool,its made up of 28 cupcakes and looks like a sunflower.Yesterday my family went to the water carnival at the pool.Its this thing that my Aunt and Uncle donate to because my cousin who was killed in Iraq used to work at the pool.It was fun,but my chest and shoulders are sunburned now.The lifeguards were supposed to throw money in the pool so everybody could dive for it,but my family left before that game.Swimming felt good though,especially since it felt like 105 degrees when it was only 103 (according to my brother).I got dunked twice and came up coughing both times.Unfortunately Jenna and Amanda weren't home so I couldn't invite them.The pool is really boring every other day though,they've changed some rules.Here are the new rules:
1.no bringing your own noodle
2.no bringing your own diving toys
3.in order to swim in the deep end you need to be able to swim from in the pool to the other (the short way).
I have no problem with the last one,I've never been able to swim in the deep end.But sometimes I used to go into the deep in with my dad and practice swimming there.But not anymore.Wow,did I just go from talking about my birthday to the new rules at the pool?Can't think of anything else right now.
