I have got my self in a habit of sleeping all day until 11pm and staying up for the rest of the day ... not very good, but I'm being active while doing it at least. Today I went out at the break of dawn, while the was just starting to peak over the horizon and went for a brisk 30 minute walk in the nice cold morning air. It was very nice and I hope I can keep this up!
