I first joined this website, back in June 18th, 2004. In the twenty years I've been here I've met, and lost a great deal of people. Friends, people I grew close to. People I never got a chance to say goodbye to, not knowing the last day I talked to them, was the last day I would. I had a old friend block me, and I still think about them, hoping the best for them. This place taught me how to rp. How to be a better writer. Even at times I'm still not to sure of the words I'm trying to use. I still try though, and it really has gotten a hell of a lot better.

A lot has changed. Not just for me, but this website. I've seen it at it's highest, and it's lowest. And while I don't think Gaia will ever be as popular as it was when it first started, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Not that I plan to leave any time soon. Watching this place grow is interesting and I only hope it changes for the better.

I'll never stop thinking of those I've lost. The friends that logged off for the final time. The one who passed, due to neglect. I'll never forget these people. They're still a part of me. I know I'll continue to met new people along the way. These last few years have been an experience I won't soon forget. And I'll be very surprised if this website stays here for another twenty years. =P
