What I saw when I looked down was a vast and empty void. But not totally empty. There were things in it, some of them were bright, some where not. These things looked like.... Orbs was it? No, what was it called? I can't remember that well...
"What is this that I am seeing? I saw it before, it looks familliar. But what is its name? What is this that I can see?" I answered hesitantly to the voice.
"It is everything. It is all and one. It is called the universe, and what you are seeing are called planets. The ones giving off light are stars, some are suns. Look again, what do you see before your very eyes?"
feeling awe at the same time I looked again, but this time a little closer. True, I can see everything but I need to observe what was in front of me. And what was it? It was just another planet filled with water and living beings. It was so famlliar that it made my heart ache and my eyes tear up. Why was I reacting like so? It was just another planet but why this one out of all the planets?! It was the simpilest one, the darkest one, the sinful one. But why?
"I s-see.... Another planet...." I answered but my voice was choked with tears of my emotion. Why? Why do I feel so strongly to this planet?
"No, that is not what it is. That is its form. What is its name? Come now, you knew this so well. You will surely know again." The voice answered, but it seemed more friendly. Was that a tinge of pity in its voice? Did it know my emotion? What I was feeling?
Still confused I pondered on. But my cheeks were streaming with a steady flow of tears, and there was a lump in my throat. And suddenly a memory flashed through my mind. And I knew. I knew who I was, what happened to me, and what that planet was called. That planet, was my home. And my past, was bitter but sweet. It all came to a horrible end. I slumped down and began shaking as I sobbed. I was only taking a walk... I tripped on the road. I was about to get up but my foot got stuck in a hole... Suddenly I just heard this horn honking and a truck in front of me... I was.... I sobbed some more for a few moments then stopped. My... My cat... What happened to it? I looked around and cleared my throat.
"I know now, this is Earth! This was my home! I was.... I was killed in an accident! But, why are you making me remember?!" I screamed out, the tears streaming down again.
"Stop crying, you can't cry anymore. I know everything, and that wasn't your time... Someone intruded and took a life that wasn't suppose to go. I made you remember because you are going back there. It is not your time to pass on. But, I cannot return fully, your body. Instead, I will give you your campanion's that died with you. Don't worry, you will have your body by night in a full moon, and your friend's in the day."
Suddenly the light was gone and I was in the dark again. The voice was gone. It didn't answer me anymore. And I couldn't see my body at all. I couldn't see anything again. But I could hear something. Noise, lots of noise. Where was it comming from?
