Skill:star magic a powerfull act that can hurt youmas badlye, rainbowstar heal she use her crystal to heal people and other sailor scout's when they or badley hurt sometime's can change a youma back in to a human. if it was a human to being with. rainstar voice her sing is powerfull and is a loud it can onley hurt youmas. starrainbow death can destory a hole plante if need to but she can make it less bad by makeing sure her true power is not need yet. she has to use her crystal for this act. she also has a star wirst wacht that can show her power to her in battle onley.

Bio:she is a lost sailor scout form the past she does not rembe much form her past life at all. but when she does she will faint right on the spot. she is allso looking for her kitten form her home plante. the kitten is know as little star cause she is so small. has a star on her fore head to prove that she was some stacey's or know as princess starlady on there home plante. there home plante was in the 2 star sytem of this solar sytem wich was not know about for a long time. so far onley luna and atrmies know about this lost sailor scout but it has been said that sailor scout's mom had to use the crystal that is with stacey now. stacey has a star locket to use when she transform in to sailor starrainbow.
she allso has a keylike staff like pluto's but has a star orb on top. she use the keylike staff for act wich is time magic. she can stop time like pluto but she will get in a lost of truboe with the outre shine she will onley use this once in a wile when need. a part of her bio wich i for got to put down here it is.
