Just the thoughts Meh, just random thoughts. Maybe a poem or two or song lyrics depends on my mood.

Late night thinking
Hey, well this is my first journal entry I really don't believe in keeping them but I decided I would try. Anyways, I was reading over other's journals and wondering if they had a hard time writing some of the things they did, I couldn't imagen pouring my heart out in a journal and letting everyone reading it and commenting how ever they like. I think I might be just a little to fragile for that. But my mistress' might say otherwise. Anyways, I was thinking about gaping out, you know that feeling where reality just slips away and you seem to have blurry vision and not care about anything that is around you no matter what it is. Even if someone is talking to you it can happen, well before I lose your interest I just want to say. That seems to happen to me a lot, I guess it's when I get most of my thinking done and it makes me think of strange things. For example September 11'th is coming up and I was just wondering if over in the middle east the day will be celebrated. Sure most of you who read this would be sickened by the thought of that but, what about the people who believe that the bombings were right. That they think it was for the eternal cause that is going to help them get to their salvation. Now most of you are now probably thinking, "WTF, this guy is a terroist." And, I will outright say I am not. But who is to decide who is a terroist it's just like who is to decide what is wrong or right in this world? Certainly not some high class a*****e who is fighting a war for oil and just ******** up a country. If you can't figure who this is now? Then I suggest you stop reading my journal. But as I get back to the topic, I wonder wat is it like being in the other person's position, you know for example being the Nazi in the second world war, or even on a more present bases. A random robber and a store clerk. What's it like to be the 'bad guy' who really is the 'bad guy', if you think of it we could be the bad people. We are the one's who kill off people who supposedly oppose a threat to us. But do they really or are we just spoonfed these ideas of people being bad. If you look at the Robber and Store clerk situation, either the robber really needs the money or he just plain stuiped. If it's the second option it's not very reasonable but the first option could be considered reasonable. For example, what if the robber had kid's and could not get welfare because he made just over the certain amount needed to have a welfare check come to his house and his children were starving. Now, you might be thinking that it's his fault for not being a good student, or not working hard enough. But what if he is working as hard as he can and robbing the store clerk is the only option in his eyes. If you look at the store clerk he is just a robber as well. He buys food for cheap and doubles or triples the price of the items so that he can make money. Surely he doesn't need to tripple or double the price. The building that he owns or rents can not be that expensive surely? And I am sure that he fine with his family, so is the store clerk who is getting robbed not getting what he really deserves or is it the robber who is it the wrong? After all isn't it the weak who are expendable and the strong who will survive in the end?

Anyways, the point of this journal entry is that you must always look at it through the other person's eyes. Maybe they aren't in the wrong, maybe they are doing it for all the right reasons in their eyes. Ok, peace out and if you read this just leave a comment saying you read it. I just want to know if I get readers or not. Thanks again.

Craig.

Hey, I really like that entry. Most people just put random thoughts or things they havent read through. But, your is different. Its more mreaningful. That message -putting yourself in another's shoes-, i like it. The thing about terrorist. Your not a terrorist, a terrorist is one who conflicts terror in another person/country/ect. Im not sure if i believe that the bombings was neccessary, but i do believe it gave the US a wake up call. Even though I dont think we should consider ourselves as superior as the government does, i think that we do deserve some dignaity. Fighting for oil in another country is sort of pathetic to me, im pretty sure under all this land will be some more oil.

As for the Nazi comment. Well, in Adolf Hitler's eyes, he was the good guy. Even though he was jewish, he believed that the German's were a superior race. Even though his judgement was clouded by the 3times daily dose of cocain he recieved, he expressed his true feelings -that if you didnt have blue eyes and blond hair, you were a inferior person.

When you spoke about the clerk, you pretty much had the same oppinion I do, so thats that.

But, I just wanted to say that I truely to like what you've written.

Also nothing we buy is worth what we pay for it. It costs more to make it but somehow the cost is driven down. And yes they market it for more in stores, they call it "coverage" even though its stupid.

Things should be how they used to be back then. When you could haggle the price. People grow their own food, more people die, and the world is better balanced. Right now were on out own path to destruction. Thats why im still kinda glad theres such things as bombers and war. Its the only way to thin out the overpopulation 'humanly' heh.

Sorry for rambling pet *ruffles hair*
