I stared through the brown light of the empty store
The moonlight, through the windows shined intensely
And I set off down the road
Unable to find my way home
The street I walked almost glowed far ahead,
The lights of civilization glaring down upon the path
And as I went I saw the red and white of passing cars,
Busy people oblivious, finally on their way home

Idk....I thought of the first half of that as I was laying in bed this morning, trying to get some extra sleep. For some reason it made me want to jump out of bed and write it down.
