So apparently, X06, the big Xbox show is underway, and two things caught my eye.

Halo Wars
An RTS set as a prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved. Trailer looked interesting enough, but from what I hear, console RTS's have always felt kind of clumsy.

Banjo Kazooie 3
Hey, shouldn't this be called Banjo Threeie? I thought we had agreed on that. Anyhoo, after a long hiatus (I don't know the exact years, just that Tooie was on the N64), a proper Banjo Kazooie game is coming out for the 360. The originals were fun, with the blather of the characters being annoyingly amusing. Banjo will always rank high in my list of "dumb bears."

I just may have to get a 360 some time soon.
