Until I die:
Eyes flicker open
Blinded by the light
Where I wonder
Had gone the night
Stumbling to my feet
Sickened to be alive
I drank a lot of the poison
I know I should have died
But my presence is clear
I am still awake
And I stood to see this
Most unpleasant daybreak
I take one step
The echo hits me like a stone
And I cant even remember
When I became so alone
Clouding my vision
All the memories haunt me
I fall back to the ground
And no longer can see
The poison mixed with memory
And all the secrets untold
Are finally taking its toll on me
And I watch my life unfold
I see one thing
Behind these closed eyes
It is very clear to me
Through the many lies
I see your face
One without a lie
I see this image as long as I can
I see it until I die
