SECRETS!!!

Every person basically on this planet has kept a secret before, or had one. Sometimes it's something stupid, like who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? And little Johnny is thinking, "Aw, crap, I don't want to tell mom I took it.....I just won't say anything!"
Sometimes, it is something someone has told you, that you're not supposed to tell anyone. And sometimes it is something so personal and so private that you force yourself never to tell anyone, no matter how important it is to you. something that could hurt someone you care about, or something that other people could use to hurt you if they knew.
It is up to us whether we choose to come clean, as in the case of little Johnny's choice. Or whether we lose the trust of whoever has confided in us, and tell someone else. Or perhaps, as in the case of those very, very difficult secrets, the ones we wish we didn't know, we have the choice as to whether to bury it and protect ourselves, or to bring it to the surface and risk the hurt it can inflict.

No one else is going to decide for you. After all, it's your secret, right? So be careful. Secrets are dangerous things, y'know?
