Well, yeah, it was.
At first. But then my body adjusted to the temperature and at points I didn't even have to wear a jacket.
Oi... where to begin, so much to say!
The cabin looks so small, but isn't! I was amazed at its coziness. There was the living room (by the door) and then there was the kitchen, then left to the kitchen was a small room with a bunk that Chandler and I shared.
Twas comfy, but the top bunk was unbearably hot during the night. I had to crack the window and take off my socks. I was close to taking off my shirt.
But the bottom bunk is wonderful.
There was an old-style outhouse in the "backyard". It was awesome! Smelly, of course, but awesome in its own strange out-housy way. Then behind that there was a fence and it sloped into a hill that led to a creek. The creek was ice-freezing cold (as you can only imagine) and wide enough that we had to use a log to cross it. Strategy, my friends. -nods-
There was of course, the demon-child Katie, but I'll leave out the evil details.
I'm becoming obsessed with my Edo-kun. Touch him and die.
Okies I must go now. I'm pathetically tired.
