hmmm.....today's topic is presents.
I just went to my friend's birthday party, and I have another one in a week or so, and so presents have been on my mind.
See, I feel guilty if I don't give a friend a very good present, because then it seems like I just don't know them at all, even if I know them really really well and have for years! But I'm usually just not that good of a present-giver, at least in my opinion, so my presents never reflect how well I know the people I care about. I guess I just show it in different ways.
This is a silly thing to worry about, I guess, I just never want my friends to feel bad or something if my presents are lame.....God just decided he thought it'd be funny if I sucked at getting people stuff. Seriously. It's true. He's a sneaky little guy, that God....
plus, I always run out of time to get them something on their actual birthdays or to decorate their lockers or something, so....like, I always just feel bad. Cause I know how much I would like it if a friend did that for me, but I just run out of time....it is suckie.
