well, this isn't really MINE, but it's a scary/funny ghost story I got from a book:
One day, this teenager was baby-sitting at someone's house. She was baby-sitting two children. She was watching the TV while the kids played upstairs when the telephone rang.
"Hello?" the girl said.
"I am the Viper. I will come in an hour..." a voice said, coming from the phone.
"Whatever, stop calling, kid." The teenager said and slammed down the phone. She wasn't scared at all, she thought it was a stupid little kid prankcalling her.
Later, the phone rang again.
"Hello?" The girl said.
"I am the Viper. I will come in half an hour." said the same voice as half an hour earlier.
"Whatever...." but this time, the girl was a little scared, but not that much. She put down the phone and told the kids to get ready to go to sleep.
15 minutes later, the phone rang again.
"What do you want?" the girl said, bitterly.
"I am the viper. I am across the street. I will come in 15 minutes." the same old voice said again.
"errr...." the girl said, frightened, and she put down the phone. She tucked the kids in and sat on the couch.
14 minutes later, the phone rang.
"I am across the street." the voice said. The teen put down the phone and locked all the doors and windows.
And so a minute later, the doorbell rang. The girl took a knife and slowly opened the door. There, stood a man with cleaning supplies.
"I am the Viper. I am here to vash and vipe yourr vindows." he said, smiling.
