and i was recently listening to 'bouncing off the walls' by sugarcult cause it came up on my ipod when i shuffled songs
good god
i can never use that expression again
because its just sort of weird... when you've actually tried to literally do it
it was REALLY PAINFUL

instructor: so you just sort of run at the wall, jump, run on the wall, push off the wall, and do a jumping kick
*instructor runs on wall (which is really scary when you see it done as opposed to the movies)*
