My response:
There are some priests out there and churches that promote same sex marriages [that aren't located in Vegas or any kind of casino-ey type area]
As for the idea of same sex marriage... meh, I say let it be, as long as no one bloody forces me out of my heterosexual ways -_-;; [Stay away, I don't wanna be gay xD]

They're illegal in some countries due to some laws that enforce religious beliefs... other than that, it may be because the area is at a low in population [hey, oO if the whole world were to suddenly turn gay... we'd all die out quick due to the lack of human reproduction... heh]
Ah, and another thing... oO the marriage thing isn't really much of importance if you think about it, economy-wise... its all a business agreement in which both people agree to share their wealth and other business junk... [By the power invested in me, I mend both parties into one...]

Hm, basically it'd end up being like... two friends trying to take care of their little sibling eh? Its all about the fact that they are taking care of the child that matters... oO none of that "Omg! I have two Dads!" -_-
Haha, the only way the kid would get teased at school is if they actually blurt it out loud to everyone...
It'd be up to the couple to decide how this would work... oO usually, they'd think about it before adopting a child. But either way, it'll be like a normal family only with the fact that its either 2 female parents or 2 male parents... [heh, and no. The child won't end up turning gay as well... cmon, get outta the habit of thinking everyone falls into the whims of their parents.. psh -_-]

Besides, oO I still say... marriage is not much importance [get over it... besides the title... its nothing more than a business agreement]
Then again, marriage is valuable [heh, religious wise] if you believe that it will actually bind you and your spouse til death and so on...
[Age extremed marriage = Plain ludicris... probably a money theft stunt or unplanned and most likely failure of a marriage...

Its against the bible since it is believed that humans are made to be one [the male and the female to become one in sex and create another being through reproduction] since a gay relationship does not promote the natural production of another human being, it goes against the whole natural law and all set up by the bible... BUT if anyone actually looked over the lifestyles of jews back then... there were gay relationships and all between people [but.. it wasn't considered gay back then because it was all considered normal practices...]
For example: Back then boys would practice sex with another boy to experiement with and trade sexual techniques they have accumilated from past practices or tips from the elders

Haha, you forget the fact that the bible was written by humans... and it has been editted thousands of times by people who think they know whats right. Other than that, oO the clergy wouldn't think of changing it for they -think- they know whats right for the human race...
