Chapter two
Wincing at the little light before me, I suddenly collaspes onto the bare dirt of the earth. A trickle of water flows down my cheek as I stares at her bleeding body with useless hope. I finally give in to my bodies commands and collaspe onto the soft dirt below me, and pass out. Only thing is, I didn't get a chance to pass out because a tall stranger comes towards me.
I blink a couple of times to make sure i was seeing correctly and found out I was. She had a color hair I had never before seen in my life. It flowed across his back as if it were a waterfall begin to flow. Her face was almost as pale as her eyes, which were the iciest blue I had ever seen, yet warm and tender. Suddenly, she spoke.
" You have proved yourself many things Earth Kin. You are brave, kind, and caring. You did something most people do not think about attepting because of their selfishness towards the creatures of the Earth. You have lived around the animals and nature itself. Your bravory to save this expanding forest has proven you worthy of being chosen.
Chosen? Chosen for what?
I stared at her beautiful ruffled dress and rose my gaze towards her face. I asked in a frightenned yet curious voice,
" Chosen for what?"
" Chosen to be Earth Kin, th earth Warrior" The lady said in a calm voice. " Oh, and before you ask, this is not something you can choose to do or not, this is a gift given to you, and is mandatory."
Darn, I thought, I was hoping with all my heart that I didn't have to go through with this. (to be continued)
