Yup, that's right. Indigo's sick. Terribley so, I might add. She has some throat virus and goes into spasms of coughing every 2 minutes. Her throat is raw and her head feels like it's about to explode.
The symptoms include: dizzyness, disorienation, extreme headaches, bronchiospasms, raw throat, painful stomach-aches, pain in some of the neck and nasal area, runny nose, vomiting, and difficulty breathing. It sucks, to put it simply.
The doctor prescribed her some medication, but if it is indeed a virus, then antibiotics shall aid in nothing, he claims. But she still has to take these gigantic capsules just to let her sleep at night. But it won't do anything for the nasal problems as she isn't allowed any antihistamines because they interfere with the mucous content in the lungs.
She is at least thankful that it is not pnuemonia again and that it is at least Christmas break, so she can relax and try to rest. She is exhausted 24/7 and cannot even say two sentences without lapsing into more coughing.
In short, Indigo is in a very nasty situation.
So anyways, I would appreciate it if you guys could keep me in your thoughts. Maybe I'll get better before Christmas...or maybe I'll still be taking those gigantic capsules well into 2007. Either way, I hope you guys will think of me at least a little bit this holiday season. I would really, really appreciate.
