Stand Alone Complex (title isn't firmly decided) is about a girl living in a world that worships a being known as Zole. They have firm rules, that those that disobey disappear. Small quote:

Zeoul is about the angel-human relations on Zorgon, two ways an angel can contact a human, by letters sent by the ocean, and can communicate verbily on one specific day in one specific spot. And when a bell rings an angel actually gets its wings.
