PRO-NARUHINA/UN-NARUSAKU
Stupid NaruSaku-tards. You've made me go neutral for NaruSaku. Why? Because all of your anti-NaruHina-ness. It's not impossible. It has a chance. Hell, EVERY pairing has a chance.
So, you say it can't happen because of what? Evidence in the manga and the fact that Hinata isn't a main character? Well let me tell you. 'Evidence' from the manga might really not be what you think. Kishimoto could've meant Naruto's and Sakura's interaction as sibling love. As far as I can tell, those 2 are perfect at staying that way. Besides, with Sasuke not around, couldn't Kishimoto have already paired those 2 up by now?
Any pairing can happen. Take Dragon Ball Z for example. Bulma was dating Yamcha for a VERY long time, then she married Vegeta and became quite happy with him. I'm sure the 'canon-freaks' went berserk that day. So why can't NaruHina happen? Her father won't allow it? Bullshit. Hiashi has become much more father-like and so he does not seem to want to force Hinata into some arranged marriage.
Neji you might say? I don't know if you've notcied, but he SUPPORTS Hinata's liking of Naruto. It would be very...b*****d-like to then turn around and want to be with her when she LOVES (loves, not likes) Naruto, whom Neji respects. Not to mention it would be diffucult on himself. Even if you say Naruto is set back in feudal Japan, where cousin-cousin marriages happened, Naruto is not set in that time period. It's completely on it's own. Besides, why would Kishimoto do something that would be highly disapproved upon? If you're related, falling into a romantic realtionship is a taboo, no matter what anyone says.
Or Kiba? Well, he's protective alright, but they really are just a sibling type of frindship when it comes to him and Hinata. There hasn't been any stressed romanticism between the two, and sibling affection looks awfully like romantic affection at times. Since he's Hinata's teammate, he most likely knows of Hinata's feelings towards Naruto. And as such, being the brotherly figure he is, he supports them. He does respect Naruto after all.
Sakura even supports Hinata's feelings! She's already noticed them and hasn't done anything to stop them. I bet that Sakura's just waiting for Naruto to wake up and sniff the roses. (Or sunlight, in Hinata's case xD.)
ANTI-SASUHINA/SASUSAKU
Well, I'm not trying to be a hypocrite, but I'll give you reasons on why SasuHina/SasuSaku SHOULDN'T happen.
SasuHina- Oi. Where do I begin? So what if Hinata was the only girl to ever not like Sasuke? Sasuke never really seemed to care about girls in general, so why would he start now? (Besides Sakura and his mother.) Hiashi most likely wouldn't arrange a marriage between him and Hinata for a few things.
1. Sasuke was the sole survivor of a clan. What's there to gain?
2. The Hyuugas and Uchihas had already been rival clans for a long time. Hyuugas don't seem to be the type to give up rivalry.
3. Hiashi (finally) cares about Hinata. How could he force her to marry someone she didn't love?
4. Byakugan and Sharingan. Trying to mix those two would most likely lead to disastrous results.
SasuSaku- Alright, I'll try to calm my hatred for Sasuke, so bear with me if I sound one-sided.
Those 2 are fine as friends. In Part 1, not really, but now, definetly. Then again, we don't know about Sakura's feelings, so it's hard to tell. There's also the equal friendship between Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke. I doubt Kishimoto, a newbie to romance, would break that apart for any pairing between the 3.
Sasuke barely reacted to reuniting with Sakura. While there were no insults, there was also no feeling. He didn't even notice besides acknowledging her name. So while it is possible for Sakura to still like Sasuke, there is absolutely nothing for Sasuke.
ANTI-YAOI/YURI
First off, Naruto is a shonen manga, intended for boys. Seeing 2 guys getting it on? No. Girls? Possibly.
Kishimoto is a newbie at romance. Would a newbie dare try something he/she isn't good at it in widely public thing? No. Writing a boy/boy or girl/girl romance would be utterly stupid of Kishimoto. Especially in a shonen manga. Yes, he's trying to add more romance now that he knows about the girl readers of his manga, but it won't be a same gender couple. Most definetly not. If he does, Kishimoto is far stupider than I thought.
NaruSasu...well. Those two just seem to share an extremely strong bond consisting of brotherly affection. Most boys would be disgusted with the pairing anyways, and Kishimoto probably wants to make his readers pleased. While he won't do everything the readers would want, he'll probably do something for them. (Excuse the bad grammar. xD) Plus, there's this little fact...
SasuSaku is the most popular Naruto pairing in Japan. If Kishimoto's going to listen to anyone, it's going to be the fans in Japan.
Any Girl/Girl pairing...there's not much to say in that, since there hasn't been any stressed relationship. Well, other than Sakura and Ino. It might please the boys, and it might not.
