Ok, don't you just hate incompetent people? I mean really, how hard is it to get to a studio and unlock a freakin' door? It's not that hard people!
I'm supposed to be in this performance ok? And today I was supposed to practice for one of the dances in it. I was supposed to be there at 2:00. We showed up, and no one was there. >.<
Finally though, Person #1 showed up. But she doesn't have a key, as we found out yesterday when this same thing happened. She said that someone would be showing up eventually to let us in and start the practice.
Now remember, this performance is only 4 weeks away.
Then Person #2 showed up. But guess what...
He doesn't have a key either.
So now it was 2:30, and we continued waiting. Finally at 3:00, Person #3 shows up. She has a key! It was a miracle. So she let us in, and they started practicing their dance. But for me to practice my dance, Person #4 had to be there. And guess what...
She wasn't.
So Persons #1, 2, and 3 continued practicing their dance. Person #3 told me to wait another 15 minutes until 3:30 to see if Person #4 would show up. She said that if she wasn't there by then, that I should leave.
Now don't get me wrong, I love watching Persons #1, 2, and 3 practicing. They're hilarious. They do sound effects and tease each other and Person #2 even dropped Person #3. But I was there to practice my dance. Mine. I don't feel like wasting my afternoon waiting for someone to show up to teach me my dance, when I could be doing something else with my friends.
So, it got to be 3:30, and Person #3 told me to go on home, cause the day was too pretty for me to sit around waiting for Person #4 to show up.
And so here I am. Ranting on the computer to people I don't even know. >.< My day has been kind of lousy so far, cause I was looking forward to learning the rest of that dance.
Hopefully, next time they say we're going to practice, we're actually going to practice.
