Hey guys I've decided to make a lotto and was hoping that some of you could hopefully participate in the contest. There will be, of course, a lotto, a bumping contest, a prize for the person who buys the most tickets and another prize for anyone who makes the best/most banners to get the word out. Before I forget the lotto prize is 100mil, the bumping prize is 30mil, then the banner prize is 5mil.
