My dad and I had to give Fuu a flea bath. It was both depressing and amusing all in one package. At first, when she realized we were going to put her in the water, she freaked and tried to kill us. We finally got her wrapped tightly in a towel and wetted her head, after which she calmed down a lot. She allowed Dad to just hold her over the sink with both hands, but she still reached out and tried to cling to the sides. Then she noticed the medicine shelf above, and tried to cling to it. Finally, she just gave up and hung there limply. We got her rinsed off and wrapped her in another towel, and I honestly thought she was dead. She just... layed there, limp, unmoving. I petted her and bounced her a little, but she still didn't even blink. After awhile she started to try to climb out of the towel, so I let her loose. She didn't even know what to do once I put her on the floor. She stood there, dripping, probably wondering if she was still alive. Now she's been pouncing on my face all day. I'm going to have to move my shelf in front of my door so she can't come in and kill me in my sleep. But she smells really good. >.>
