I have just come back from a two-day holiday in the hot springs of Afyon. Though I consider two days a bit too short, it was still better than nothing. WE stayed at a thermal hotel there, and tried out all sorts of SPA treatments, mainly to find out what those really were. We spent most of our time in the Turkish Baths, as is natural for a Turk who has the chance. later, I and my sister tried out the mud bath. The mud that was used was very hot (actually it has to be) and it burned my skin as it was applied on me. Ouch!
Aside from this, we also tried cures like skin care, massage, and aromatherapy. Speaking of aromatherapy, be careful if you're going to try it for the very first time, as the hot water and the spicy scents of certain plants mixed with it can make you feel woozy.
And then, there were PlayStation consoles for the guests-yes! How I love these and their games. Too bad I will probably never own one emo I played Tekken 5, and saw how miserable I was when it comes to fighting games... I lost almost to everybody!
As soon as I returned...Well, you know. I'm hell of a Gaia junkie!

As the title implies it , don't expect coherency ...
I believe the power of the Internet itself can create a torrential wave big enough to drown all those who seek to limit it for their personal gain- all it needs is dedication.
