I love snow just as much as the next person....but not when it puts the city into a level 2 snow emergency. And because of the snow I had to reschedule my state board tests for another day. Now I'm being charged 31.50 to reschedule because people who wasn't hit as hard or not at all by the snow called off and the stupid state decided not to wave fees because of weather. And they expected me to leave my house at 5 a.m. to get there by 8 a.m. for testing and from where I'm at in Porstmouth to Chillicothe the roads where shut down for only medical personnel. So there was no way in hell I could have even attempted to drive to Columbus. So now I'm pissed and have to wait longer to get my license. T.T
